Keep your brand, product and repeat-order revision on the same release.

Plan OEM and private-label fiber optic products with controlled configuration, artwork, labels, packaging, samples, inspection and repeat-order changes.

Start an OEM Project
Fiber optic production prepared for OEM and private-label supply

Private label is a product-control process, not only a logo change.

The physical product, customer part number, printed descriptions, barcode, labels and packaging must all identify the same approved configuration. Artwork approval cannot compensate for an undefined product or hidden substitution.

FiberXi reviews OEM scope by product and quantity. Feasibility, printing method, MOQ, sample timing, one-time work and recurring production terms are confirmed after the full requirement is available.

REORDERRevision continuity

Align product engineering and customer-facing presentation.

One approval package should cover the product, label, package, evidence and commercial release boundary.

01

Product configuration

Freeze functional interfaces, materials, construction, dimensions, performance boundary and approved alternatives first.

  • Drawing, specification or sample reference
  • Customer and supplier part numbers
  • Approved deviations and alternates
02

Artwork and labels

Control exact text, logo files, colors, barcode data, label material, position and revision.

  • Product and cable labels
  • Bag, box and carton artwork
  • Barcode and customer data fields
03

Samples and evidence

Use the approval sample to confirm the same physical and visual release that production will follow.

  • Sample purpose and approval record
  • Inspection or test report scope
  • Package and shipment presentation
04

Commercial and change control

Separate setup work from recurring units and define when MOQ, lead time and approved revisions apply.

  • Tooling, printing or setup charges
  • Variant-level MOQ and release quantity
  • Change approval for repeat orders

Release the product before releasing volume production.

01

Define

Send product specification, target quantity, market, brand assets, package and evidence needs.

02

Approve

Review sample, artwork proof, label data, inspection evidence and packing revision.

03

Repeat

Reference the approved part and artwork revision, then control every proposed change.

Questions to close before quotation.

Can FiberXi print a customer's logo?

Logo and private-label options can be reviewed by product, material, printing method and quantity. Brand authorization and final artwork remain the buyer's responsibility.

Is packaging included in the product MOQ?

Packaging and printing can have separate setup quantities or commercial constraints. These should be shown at variant level in the quotation.

Can an existing branded sample be copied?

A sample can guide review, but ownership, functional specification, hidden materials, tolerances and artwork rights must be clear before production.

How should repeat-order artwork changes be handled?

Issue a new controlled proof and revision, identify affected stock or work in progress, and approve the effective order before shipment.

Preparing a private-label fiber product program?

Send the target product, annual demand context, artwork scope, destination market and sample requirements for feasibility review.
